Depending on availability, a room on the top floor can be requested.
Which rooms have a whirlpool?
The rooms in the hotel equipped with a whirlpool are the Spa rooms, the Loft Junior Suite and the Loft Suite. The suites can only be booked by telephone or e-mail. A credit card is required.
Does the hotel have family rooms?
There are a some rooms the hotel can prepare including a sofa bed. These rooms are for two adults and two children under the age of 12. It’s also possible to link a double room to a single room.

There are no specific disabled access rooms. However, there are possibilities for a shower chair in the room.

Parking across the hotel
Parking garage Q-Park Mathildelaan is across the street from the hotel. Book your parking ticket here at a reduced rate of €17 per day for a guaranteed parking space.

Yes, the hotel is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station. The hotel is located next to the bus stop and can be reached directly by bus from Eindhoven Airport.

To make a reservation without a credit card, you can call the hotel reception desk to make a direct booking.
I received a payment link. What is a payment link? And how does it work?
Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online within 72 hours. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?

How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your credit card company, how long it takes.

By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, the hotel can’t make an exception.
